摘 要:目的:探讨健商教育应用在产褥期健康教育中对产妇健商水平及母婴健康结局的影响。方法:将200名孕产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,为观察组孕产妇提供健商教育,对照组则接受常规健康教育。入院当天、产后42天复诊时填写产褥期妇女健商量表(PWHQS),并完善一般资料调查表。比较两组产妇健商水平、母婴健康问题的发生率及再入院率。结果:两组干预前后比较,健商水平均有所提高,但观察组健商水平提高更显著(P<0.01)。干预后,两组健商水平(P<0.001)、产妇健康问题的发生率(P<0.001)、婴儿再入院率(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:实施健商教育能够明显提高产褥期妇女的健商水平,减少母婴健康问题的发生。产褥期健商教育模式需进一步完善并期待更多元化的社会支持。Objective:Discuss health quotient education in puerperium health education on maternal health quotient level and the influence of maternal and infant health outcomes.Methods:200maternal randomly divided into observation group and control group,provide observation group of maternal health quotient education,the control group received routine health education.On the day of admission,postpartum 42 days visit to fill in puerperium women health consult table(PWHQS),and improve the general information questionnaire.Compare two groups of maternal health quotient level,the incidence of maternal and infant health problems and readmission rate.Results:Two groups before and after the intervention,the healthy ShangShui average have improved,but the observation group health quotient level increases more significantly(P〈0.01).After the intervention,health quotient level of two groups(P〈0.001),the incidence of maternal health problems(P〈0.001),baby readmission rates(P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The implementation of national health quotient education can significantly improve the level of puerperal women's health quotient,reduce maternal and child health problems.Puerperal health quotient education mode should be further perfect and look forward to a wider variety of social support.
