江苏省某医院皮肤撕裂伤现况调查及护理人员对其认知的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解某医院皮肤撕裂伤的发生情况以及护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的认知程度,为临床开展皮肤撕裂伤的预防工作提供依据。方法:综合量性和质性研究方法,首先采用调查法对指定日期所有住院患者进行皮肤损伤状况的调查,然后用立意取样法对10名护理人员进行质性访谈。结果:调查当日共有1624例住院患者,其中皮肤撕裂伤为6例,占0.37%,预防措施方面针对皮肤撕裂伤的措施实施率均低于10%。而在深入访谈之后,发现除了在访谈前接受过相关培训的人员有部分认知外,其余均缺乏相关认知。结论:护理人员对皮肤撕裂伤的相关认知亟需提高,并且需要全方位深入的培训,从而普及到临床工作中,同时为建立适合国内的皮肤撕裂伤护理流程提供循证。Objective：To understand the occurrence of a hospital skin tears and nurses＇ knowledge of it,and provide the reference for the prevention of skin tears for clinical.Methods：Comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research methods,investigating the all hospitalized patients＇ present skin damage situations by using questionnaire on the specified date,and then interviewing 10 clinical nurses by the purposive sampling method.Results：Totally 1624 hospitalized patients were investigated on the survey day,including 6cases of skin tears（0.37%）,the rate of implementation on preventive measures against skin tears were lower than 10%.And after the deep-interview,researchers found that they were lack of related knowledge in addition to the trained personnel before interview.Conclusion：It will be necessary to improve nurses＇ knowledge of skin tears,and require in-depth training,so as to popularize in clinical work and provide evidence and references for in order to establish skin tears procedure suitable for domestic at the same time.
