小包装冰沙混合冰袋在扁桃体切除术后冷敷护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小包装冰沙混合冰袋应用于扁桃体切除术后冷敷护理中的效果。方法:选取我院五官科行扁桃体切除术后患者175例,随机分为对照组(n=103)和观察组(n=72),对照组患者扁桃体切除术后24小时内给予传统冰块冰袋进行冷敷,观察组给予小包装冰沙混合冰袋进行冷敷,两组冷敷时间相同,冷敷过程中运用疼痛评估脸谱进行疼痛评估,比较两组患者术后24小时疼痛程度、术后原发性出血情况、患者舒适满意度及平均住院时间。结果:术后24小时冰敷疼痛护理评估结果显示:观察组患者轻度疼痛人数明显多于对照组,中度疼痛人数明显少于对照组,重度疼痛患者5例,对照组有重度疼痛患者15例。观察组患者术后24小时原发性出血发生1例,对照组发生5例。观察组患者舒适满意者68例,占94.44%,明显高于对照组患者舒适满意度。观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小包装冰沙混合冰袋由于其体积小巧,特性柔软,可塑形,能更好的贴敷于特殊体表部位,与普通冰袋相比,适用性强,舒适度高,止痛止血效果好,特别适合扁桃体手术后患者冷敷护理应用。Objective：Discussing the application of small packing ice sand mixing ice packs in cold nursing the application effect after tonsillectomy.Methods：Select our hospital after surgery tonsil resection patients 175 cases,were randomly divided into control group（n=103）and observation group（n=72）,the control group patients within 24 hours after tonsillectomy for traditional ice ice ice packs,observation group was given a small pack ice sand mixed cold ice pack,two groups of cold compresses the same time,use of pain assessment in the process of cold face pain assessment,compare two groups of patients with postoperative pain degree,primary bleeding after 24 hours,the patient comfortable.Results：Postoperative 24 hours ice compress pain nursing assessment results showed that patients with mild pain observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the number of moderate pain significantly lower than the control group,patients with severe pain in 1cases,control group have 15 patients with severe pain.Observation group of patients after 24 hours of primary hemorrhage occurred in 5cases,5cases of control group.Observing group,68 cases of patients comfortable satisfaction,accounted for 94.44%,significantly higher than the control group patients comfortable satisfaction.The average hospitalization time observation group was obviously lower than the control group.The above differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Small packing ice sand mixing ice bag because of its small size,features soft,can shape,can better apply to stick on the special surface area,compared with ordinary ice packs,applicability,high comfort,the pain hemostatic effect is good,especially suitable for patients after tonsil operation cold nursing application.
