改良连续皮内缝合在会阴侧切术中的的效果和分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良连续皮内缝合在会阴侧切术中的应用效果和临床分析。方法方便选取泰州市第二人民医院妇产科2015年6月—2016年6月行会阴侧切术的110例初产妇作为研究对象,按切口缝合方法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各为55例;观察组采用改良连续皮内缝合,对照组采用传统的间断缝合,观察和比较两组恢复结果和切口愈合情况。结果两组的缝合时间、VAS、术后住院天数和切口美观度分别为(6.3±2.1)min、(9.4±2.7)min,(2.8±0.4)分、(3.6±0.5)分,(1.4±0.3)d、(2.7±0.5)d,(6.8±1.3)分、(8.2±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将切口甲级愈合率比较,χ2=0.048,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论会阴侧切术中采用改良连续皮内缝合,操作简便、痛苦较小,利于产妇术后恢复和母乳喂养,改善产后生活质量,提高产科护理质量。To sdudy of improved continuous intradermal suture cutting surgery in perineal clinical. Methods Convenient selection the obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Taizhou Second People＇s Hospital in June 2015 06 to June 2016 months of perineal side incision 110 cases of primipara as the research object,according to the incision suture method was divided into observation group and control group, each group of 55 cases;The observation group was treated with modified continuous intradermal suture, the control group using traditional suture, the healing of the two groups were observed and compared the results and recovery of incision. Results The two groups of suture time, VAS, postoperative hospital stay and incision beauty were（6.3±2.1）min and（9.4±2.7）min,（2.8±0.4）points and（3.6±0.5）points,（1.4±0.3）d and（2.7±0.5）d,（6.8±1.3）points and（8.2±1.5）points,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;Compared the grade a healing rate, χ2value was 0.048, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perineal side to cut operation using an improved continuous intradermal suture, simple operation, less pain, conducive to maternal surgery recovery and breastfeeding, to improve the quality of life of postpartum, improve the quality of obstetric care.
