摘　　要：目的为了深入研究肝胆手术治疗后形成胆漏的原因,以便制定科学的治疗方案,进而提升患者的术后生活质量。方法随机选取2012年8月—2015年8月在该院接受肝胆手术治疗并发生胆漏的患者40例,对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,包括手术方式、胆漏发生原因、治疗措施、治疗效果等方面。结果肝胆手术后引发胆漏的原因主要为手术不恰当引发胆总管损伤,占总数40%;其次为手术不恰当引发肝管损伤,占总数30%。该次研究的40例病患中,32例患者根据自身病情选择保守治疗,8例患者因保守治疗无效,选择手术治疗,患者全部治愈出院。结论在肝胆手术的临床治疗中,导致术后胆漏的因素有很多,因此在选用治疗方法时,要科学、合理,尽量避免引发胆漏的相关操作,术后密切观察患者,当有胆漏情况发生时,应立即为患者提供有效治疗措施,这样才能提高患者的术后生活质量,使患者的生命安全得到保证。Objective To study the causes of bile leakage after liver and gallbladder surgery, so as to make scientific treatment plan, and then to improve the quality of life of patients after surgery. Methods Random selection from August 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital of hepatobiliary surgery and bile leakage occurred in 40 patients, were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of these patients, including surgery, bile leakage causes, treatment measures and treatment effect etc. Results The main causes of bile leakage after liver and gallbladder operation were the improper operation of the common bile duct injury, accounting for 40% of the total. The second is the improper operation of the liver injury, accounting for 30% of the total. The study of 40 patients, 32 patients according to their own conditions to choose conservative treatment, 8 patients due to conservative treatment is invalid, select the operation treatment, all patients were cured. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of hepatobiliary surgery, there are many factors leading to postoperative bile leakage, therefore in the selection of treatment methods, must be scientific and reasonable, to avoid related operation caused bile leakage, postoperative close observation of patients when the bile leakage occurs, should immediately provide effective treatment for the patients. So as to improve the quality of life of patients after surgery, the patient＇s life safety guarantee.
