分析瑞芬太尼联合异丙酚麻醉在甲状腺切除手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究甲状腺切除手术过程中应用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉的意义。方法方便选取2014年2月—2016年2月90例在该院接受甲状腺切除手术治疗患者,按照数字表法随机分观察组与对照组两组,每组45例患者,对照组采用异丙酚联合芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,对比分析两组麻醉苏醒情况和不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者的苏醒时间(6.89±1.03)min、呼吸恢复时间(5.77±0.64)min、拔管时间(8.16±1.11)min均明显少于对照组患者苏醒时间(9.55±1.05)min、呼吸恢复时间(7.99±0.71)min、拔管时间(18.44±1.66)min,观察组患者的麻醉不良反应发生率(2例,4.44%)明显低于对照组患者(14例,31.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺切除手术过程中应用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉的意义显著,苏醒时间短,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the significance of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in thyroid surgery.Methods Convenient selection from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital 90 cases underwent thyroid surgery treatment according to the patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 45 patients in each group, the control group using propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia, observation group were treated with propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia, analysis of two groups of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions comparison of the rate of. Results The resurgence of the observation group of patients with time（6.89±1.03）min,Breathing recovery time（5.77 ±0.64）min,The decannulation time（8.16±1.11） min waking time were significantly less than the control group patients（9.55±1.05） min,Breathing recovery time（7.99±0.71） min,The decannulation time（18.44 ±1.66） min,Observation group of patients with anesthesia incidence of adverse reactions（2 cases, 4.44%）,Significantly lower than the control group（14 cases, 31.11%）,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in thyroid surgery has significant effect. It has shorter awakening time and is worthy of wide application.
