妈富隆辅助宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究妈富隆辅助宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效。方法随机选取2013年10月—2015年10月在该院治疗子宫内膜息肉患者100例,随机均分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组采取宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉,试验组在对照组的基础上给予妈富隆辅助治疗。比较2组治疗效果、复发比率及1年后回访月经正常情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为92.00%(46/50),对照组的治疗总有效率为64.00%(32/50),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组复发4例,复发率为8.00%,对照组复发14例,复发率为28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1年后回访,试验组月经正常为48例,对照组有38例正常,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆辅助宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉治疗效果显著,复发率较低,并且可有效的改善月经情况,值得临床推广。Objective Explore Marvelon auxiliary hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps. Methods Random selection 100 cases of endometrial polyps in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group took the hysteroscopic treatment of uterine endometrial polyps, the experimental group was given Marvelon adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. Compare the treatment effect of the 2 groups, the recurrence rate and 1 years after the return of normal menstruation.Results Treatment in the experimental group, the total efficiency was 92%（46 / 50） in the control group, the treatment, the total effective rate was 64.00%（32 / 50）, the difference has statistical Statistically significance（P = 0.001）. 4 cases recurred in the group of test, the recurrence rate was 8.00%, 14 cases of control group, the recurrence, the recurrence rate was28.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; 1 year after the visit, experimental group menstrual normal for48 cases, the control group was normal in 38 cases, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Marvelon auxiliary hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps treatment effect, low recurrence rate, and can effectively improve menstruation, worthy of clinical promotion.
