超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法方便选取2013年8月—2016年8月该院收治的160例卵巢囊肿患者,依据入院顺序均分为实验组和对照组,每组80例患者。对照组患者通过开腹囊肿切除术进行治疗,实验组患者通过超声引导介入穿刺硬化进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、住院时间、术中出血量以及并发症发生率。结果对照组治疗有效率为87.50%,实验组治疗有效率为98.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间为(4.17±1.07)d,对照组住院时间为(7.98±1.17)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术中出血量为(46.58±10.74)m L,对照组术中出血量为(126.14±25.63)m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为15.00%,实验组并发症发生率为5.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的效果很好,不仅提高了治疗有效率,还减少了患者住院时间和术中出血量,并降低了并发症的发生率,在临床上值得进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided interventional therapy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods Convenient selection in August 2013 to August 2016 our hospital 160 cases of patients with ovarian cyst, according to admission order were divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 80 patients. Control group patients treated by laparotomy cyst resection, the experimental group patients by interventional biopsy guided by ultrasound hardening treatment, compared two groups of patients with the treatment of efficient, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rates. Results The effective rate of the control group was 87.50%, the effective rate of the experimental group was 98.75%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The length of stay in the experimental group was（4.17± 1.07） d, the control group was（7.98±1.17） d, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was（46.58±10.74） m L, and the amount of bleeding in the control group was（126.14 ±25.63） m L, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The complication rate of control group was15.00%, the complication rate of the experimental group was 5.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of ovarian cyst is very good, not only can improve the treatment efficiency, also reduced the in-hospital time and intraoperative blood loss, and reduce the incidence of complications, is worth for popularization and application in clinic.
