罗霄山区农村精准扶贫对策研究——以湖南桂东县泥湖村为例

摘　　要：连片特困地区是扶贫开发的主战场,桂东县是罗霄山片区扶贫开发范围和新一轮国家扶贫开发工作重点县之一。调研发现,连片特困深山区精准扶贫还存在诸多制约因素,因地制宜,在扶志及扶智有机结合的基础上,精准发展养殖业、生态养生、人文旅游,是罗霄山脉深山区乡村精准扶贫的可行之策。Poverty alleviation and its development in destitute areas in flsikes is the main work. Guidong county is inside Luoxiao mountain areals scope of poverty alleviation and development and also one of the key counties of the new-round of national poverty alleviation work. The investigation found that there still exist some restraining factors for accurate poverty alleviation in the mountain areas in flakes. Therefore, taking ac-tions that suit local circumstance, based on combing with promoting their ambition and wisdom, the feasibili- ty way for accurate poverty alleviation is to livestock breeding, ecological health and Humanistic tourism in Luoxiao mountain rural areas.
