闽西革命老区小城镇发展思路探索——以上杭县古田镇为例

摘　　要：古田镇充分发挥两次"古田会议"政治品牌效益,大力实施城镇化战略,成为闽西小城镇建设的龙头,在闽西革命老区小城镇建设中起着引领与示范作用。闽西革命老区小城镇的发展思路应是:把打造独具特色"宜居、宜业、宜游"小城镇,作为闽西小城镇建设目标;规划先行,突出规划的前瞻性、科学性,确保小城镇有序发展;政府牵头,打造闽西"大旅游"格局,实现闽西各小城镇抱团发展;挖掘优势,发展特色主导产业;创新机制体制,为小城镇持续发展提供动力。Gutian Town gives full play to the political brand benefits of the two＂Gutian Conferences＂,which has become the top of small town construction in West Fujian,playing an exemplary role in the construction of small towns in the Revolutionary Base areas. The construction and development idea for small towns in West Fujian is that the target of building ＂livable,workable,travelable＂towns,which attaches importance to the prospective and scientific planning so as to ensure the orderly development of small towns,of ＂big tourism ＂ pattern,in which the small towns will unite and help each other,advantages will be found in developing characteristic industries,as well as systems and mechanisms will be innovated for sustainable development of the small towns.
