摘　　要：目的探讨心肌酶谱在不同程度烧伤患者中的检验价值。方法回顾诊治160例烧伤患者资料,按照烧伤严重程度分为3组:1组轻度烧伤65例,2组中度烧伤53例,3组重度及特重烧伤42例。另选择同期本院进行体检的健康志愿者66例为对照组。对比4组心肌酶谱5项(CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT)水平及阳性率。结果研究3组心肌酶谱5项指标水平均显著高于对照组,比较差异显著具统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中3组心肌酶谱水平最高,2组次之,1组最低,组间对比差异均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。3组肌酶谱阳性率最高,2组次之,1组最低,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱在不同程度烧伤患者中具有重要检验价值,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the value of myocardial enzyme test in patients with varying bum degrees. Methods A retrospective analysis of 160 cases of bum patients is studied. Patients were divided into three groups according to the diagnosis and treatment of bum severity, group 1 was 65 patients with minor bum, group 2 was 53 cases with moderate bum, group 3 was 42 cases with severe bum. In the same hospital, 66 volunteers of the same period and physical healthy were chosen as the control group. Levels and positive rate of five myocardial enzymes （CK, CK - MB, LDH, AST, ALT） in the four groups were compared. Results The study shows that the five indicators of myocardial enzyme levels of the group 1, 2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The level of myocardial enzyme of group 3 was highest and that of group 1 is lowest among all groups. And the differences between two groups were significantly （P 〈0. 05）. Among a2 groups, positive rate of myocardial enzymes of Group 3 was the highest, that of group 2 was middle and that of group 1 was lowest （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Evaluating the value of myocardial enzyme plays an important role in testing different degrees of bum patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
