摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在男性乳腺疾病中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的3例男性乳腺癌、20例男性乳腺增生患者的二维及CDFI超声图像。结果 3例乳腺癌表现为乳腺内实性肿块,质硬,边界不清,2例可见微钙化,3例周边或内部可探及血流信号,为Ⅱ级;20例男性乳腺发育表现为乳晕下方低回声,质软,与周围腺体相延续,2例周边可探及血流信号,为Ⅰ级。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在男性乳腺疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中具有重要实用价值。Objective To explore the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the male breast diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of the two - dimension and CDFI ultrasound images of 3 cases male breast cancer and 20 cases breast hyperplasia confirmed by surgery and pathology were performed. Results 3 cases breast cancer showed solid lumps inside the breast, hard texture and unclear boundary, including 2 cases of visiblemicrocalcification and 3 cases of detectableperipheral/intemal and blood flow signals which were classified asgrade II, while 20 cases gynecomastia showed as hypoechoicbelow the areola, soft texture andrelated with ambient glands including 2 cases of detectable peripheral and blood flow signal which were regarded as gradel. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography possesses great practical value in the diagnosis and i- dentification of male breast diseases.
