摘 要:研究了过氧乙酸对仪纶针织物漂白白度及对织物强力的影响,并从过氧乙酸漂白的工艺参数如浓度、pH值、温度、时间、浴比等因素进行了分析.结果表明:经过氧乙酸漂白处理后,仪纶织物的CIE白度最好可达到60以上,而强度 降可小于15% ,满足后续染整加工的需要.在相同的过氧乙酸有效浓度下,经过两次漂白后仪纶织物的白度高于一次漂 白的白度.优化的过氧乙酸漂白工艺条件为:有效过氧乙酸浓度为15-20g/L,漂白温度为100pH为3-4,漂白时间为90min,焦磷酸钠浓度为5 g/L.This research aimed at investigating the effect of whiteness and bursting strength of YILON knitted fabric with peracetic acid bleaching treatment. The parameters such as concentration, pH value, temperature, time, bath ratio etc were analyzed in peracetic acid bleaching process. The results showed that the best whiteness of YILON fabric exceeded 60 after peracetic acid bleaching treatment, and the descendant of bursting strength was lesser than 15 percent. This result could meet demand of the subsequent dyeing and finishing. With the same active content of peracetic acid, the whiteness of YILON fabric through twice bleaching treatment was whiter than through once bleaching treatment. The optimum bleaching process condition were: active concentration of peracetic acid 15 -20 g/L, pH value 3 -4, temperature 100 ℃ , time 90 min, sodium pyrophosphate 5 g/L.
