摘 要:为了探讨和研究治理环境中重金属污染的有效途径,以香菇菌糠为吸附剂吸附混合重金属(Cr^(3+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+))溶液中的重金属离子,通过单因素试验研究吸附时间、p H值、投料量、重金属溶液初始浓度和菌糠粒径对吸附效果的影响。结果显示,对于混合的重金属离子溶液,在固定试验温度25℃和振摇速率200 r/min条件下,综合最佳吸附条件为:吸附时间60 min,p H4.0,投料量5 g/L,菌糠粒径小于0.5 mm。混合重金属溶液中,重金属离子之间存在竞争吸附。菌糠对3种重金属离子的吸附作用符合Lagergern准二级动力学模型;等温吸附模型中Cd^(2+)符合Langmuir吸附模型,Cr^(3+)和Pb^(2+)符合Freundlich吸附模型。在适当吸附条件下,香菇菌糠对混合重金属溶液中Cr^(3+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)都有较强的去除能力。To find an effective way to control heavymetals pollution, Lentinus edodes spent substrate was taken as biological adsorbent for heavy metal ions. The effects of single factors such as adsoqotion time, pH, dosage, initial concentration of heavy metal ions and the size of spent substrate on the adsoqotion were investigated. The removal rates of heavymetal ions reached the highest under the following condition: contact time of 60 min, pH of 4. 0, spent substrate of 5 g/L, and spent substrate radius less than 0. 5 nmL Competitive adsoqofion between heavy metal ions was found in the nfixed heavy metals solution. The Lagergern pseudo-second-order kinetic inodel well described the adsorption of three kinds of heavy metal ions ( Cr3+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ ) by L. edodes spent substrate. The Langmuir adsoqotion model fitted the biosorption behavior of Cd2+ onto biomass, whereas Freundlieh adsorption model respresented the biosoqotion of Cr3+ and Pb2+ onto biomass. In conclusion, under appropriate condition, the L. edodes spent substrate showed a good perfommnee of adsorbing Cr3+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ in the mixed heavy metals solution.
