胃动脉分布及其解剖变异对胃大部切除术临床应用研究

摘　　要：随机采用经福尔马林处理过的9具成年尸体,解剖观察胃动脉的分布及其解剖学变异.结果表明:1)胃左、右动脉平均管径分别为4.8,3.3 mm,左动脉比右动脉管径大45.45%.胃左、右动脉平均长度分别为63.5,59.9 mm,左动脉比右动脉长6.01%.2)胃左动脉起于脾动脉者4例,起于腹腔干者3例,起于肝总动脉者2例.胃右动脉起于肝总动脉者2例,起于肝固有动脉者5例,起于肝左动脉者2例.掌握其变化规律,对临床胃大部切除术操作具有重要意义.Taking randomly nine formalin-treated adult bodies, after dissection we observed the distribution of the gastric artery and ana-tomic variation. The result showed that： 1 ） the average diameter of the left and right gastric artery is 4. 8 mm and 3. 3 mm; the left gas-tric artery＇s average diameter is 45. 45% larger than the right gastric artery; the average length of the left and right gastric artery is 63. 5 mm, and 59. 9 mm, the left gastric artery＇s average length is 6. 01% longer than the right gastric artery. 2） There were four cases with the left gastric artery stemming from the splenic artery ; three cases stemming from the celiac trunk ; two cases stemming from the com-mon hepatic artery. There were two cases with the right gastric artery stemming from the common hepatic artery; five cases stemming from the proper hepatic artery; two cases stemming from the left hepatic artery. It is significant to grasp the changing rules for the clini-cal subtotal gastrectomy operation.
