摘 要:以2,2-联吡啶和K_2PtCl_4为原料,合成了Pt^(2+)-联吡啶络合物Pt(bipy)Cl_2催化剂,用于低浓度瓦斯部分氧化合成甲醇。考察了反应温度、初始压力、反应时间和催化剂Pt(bipy)Cl_2物质的量对瓦斯液相部分氧化合成甲醇的影响。结果表明,在反应温度160℃、初始压力5 MPa、反应时间2.0h、催化剂物质的量20μmol的条件下,甲烷转化率和甲醇选择性最高,分别为7.15%和70.18%。通过对实验数据和相关文献的分析,推测Pt(bipy)Cl_2于质量分数20%发烟硫酸中催化瓦斯液相部分氧化制甲醇为亲电取代反应。2,2-dipyridyl and K2PtCl4 were taken as raw materials to compound the Pt^2+-dipyridyl complex catalyst-Pt(bipy)Cl2,which were used in the synthesis of methanol through partial oxidation of low-concentration coal mine gas.The influences of the reaction temperature,initial pressure,time and Pt(bipy)Cl2dosage on the partial oxidation of low-concentration coal mine gas were investigated.The results showed that the conversion ratio of methane in gas and the methanol selectivity were optimized under 160 ℃,5 MPa initial pressure,reaction time 2.0h,and 20μmol Pt(bipy)Cl2,which were 7.15% and 70.18%respectively.Through analyzing the data from experiments and related researchers,it was predicted that when Pt(bipy)Cl2catalyst was put in 20% oleum,an electrophilic substitute reaction mechanism could be possibly involved in the progress of partial oxidation of low-concentration coal mine gas.
