转型背景下高校实验室建设融资租赁模式新探

摘　　要：各地高校向应用技术型大学转型之际,高校实验室在应用技术型人才培养中发挥越来越重要的作用。采取基于合作共建的融资租赁模式建设实验室,不仅能够摒弃传统方法建设实验室周期长、效率低的缺点,还能够充分发挥高校在师资、场地等方面的资源优势,是对常规高校融资租赁模式的升级。合作共建的融资租赁模式,其核心在于多方共赢。以合作共建实验室的为基础,还可进一步展开校企合作,促进产教融合。Under the background of transformation to the application-oriented universities,laboratories in China local undergraduate universities are now playing more and more important role.By applying Financial Leasing Mode based on Co-construction between universities and enterprises,universities can make the most use of its resources and improve efficiency of laboratory construction,thus the Financial Leasing Mode based on Co-construction of laboratory construction can be qualified as a upgraded mode that is different from the traditional one.Mutual benefiting is the core of new mode,by which the process of co-operation between universities and enterprises will be accelerated at the same time.
