SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的诊疗效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月就诊于我院眩晕诊疗中心门诊和病房的BPPV患者120例,随机分为3组:机器复位组(40例),选择SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统进行全自动化复位治疗;手法复位组(40例),选择传统手法复位治疗;药物治疗组(40例),选择前列地尔、红花注射液联合习服训练法治疗。结果治疗1周后,机器复位组与手法复位组痊愈率与总有效率均明显高于药物治疗组(P<0.05),其中机器复位组总有效率为100.0%,手法复位组总有效率为92.5%,差异无统计学意义;机器复位组前半规管BPPV、后半规管BPPV以及外半规管BPPV的1次治疗有效率要高于手法复位组,但差异无统计学意义。结论 SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统用于BPPV患者的诊断和治疗,克服了手法复位的缺点,治疗效果好,有助于实现对BPPV高效标准化的诊断和治疗。Aim To study the diagnostic and therapeutical effects of SRM-Ⅳ vestibular function diagnosis system on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（BPPV） patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with BPPV who were admitted to vertigo clinic of Xuzhou First People＇s Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into three groups. Automatic reset treatment was taken into 40 patients in reset machine group by SRM-Ⅳ vestibular function diagnosis system, 40 cases in the control group with traditional gimmick reset treatment, while 40 patients in drug therapy group with drugs and acclimatization training method. Results After one week treatment, the effi cacy rate was 100.0% in the equipment group and 92.5% in the maneuver group, there was no statistically significant difference, and both of them were signifi cantly higher than that in the drug therapy group. The effectiverates of one treatment success of anterior semicircular canal BPPV, posterior semicircular canal BPPV and lateral semicircular canal BPPV in the equipment group were higher than that in the maneuver group, but there was no statistically signifi cant difference. Conclusion The automatic BPPV diagnosis and therapy system on BPPV treating could be effective and reliable, avoiding the drawback of manual reset, and helpful to the standard diagnosis and therapy for BPPV.
