摘  要:针对架空绝缘电缆敷设或使用过程中发生的绝缘滑脱问题,着重分析了架空绝缘电缆绝缘滑脱力的影响因素(导体表面的粗糙程度、导体最外层单线紧压程度和绞合节径比、绝缘挤出方式),并在此基础上指出各影响因素的改善措施,通过相关对比试验验证了改善措施能有效提高绝缘滑脱力。Aiming at the insulation slippage problem of overhead insulation cables in installation or operation,the influence factors(roughness on the surface of the conductor,the compression degree and the stranding lay ratio of the outermost monofilament of the conductor,insulation extrusion method)of the insulation slippage force of overhead insulation cable are emphatically analyzed,and the improvement measures of these influence factors are indicated.The improvement measures are verified through relevant comparison tests,it is proved that these measures can increase insulation slipping force effectively.
