摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺炎病毒性脑膜炎患儿CSF的细胞比例特点。方法对17例腮腺炎病毒感染引起的脑膜炎患儿的CSF用玻片离心法、Wright-Giemsa复合染液染色后行细胞学分类检查,并分别用CD20、CD38标记B淋巴细胞和浆细胞进行免疫组化染色观察。结果 17例患儿CSF初期有明显的B淋巴细胞、浆细胞反应;疾病中晚期时,两种细胞比例趋向正常。结论 CSF细胞学检查对及时准确诊断和监测因腮腺炎病毒感染引起的脑膜炎很有价值。Objective To explore the proportion of cerebrospinal fluid cell of meningitis infected from mumps virus children.Methods Classification of cytology examination was conducted in the CSF of 17 children with meningitis infected from mumps virus by glass centrifugation and Wright -Giemsa.Meanwhile, the B lymphocytes labeled by CD20 and plasma cells labeled by CD38 were observed by immunohistochemical methods .Results In the early stage of virus meningitis , obvious changes of B lymphocytes and plasma cells were observed in 17 cases, while in the middle or advanced virus meningitis , the proportion of B lymphocytes and plasma cells turned normal . Conclusion Cytologic examination in CSF may be a valuable method to diagnose and monitor meningitis infected from mumps virus timely and accurately .
