摘　　要：2016年开春以来土耳其国内总体安全局势急剧恶化:安卡拉和伊斯坦布尔恐怖袭击频发、伤亡人数激增;东南部各省安全部队与库尔德武装冲突加剧;土耳其、叙利亚边境地区难民正加速涌入。土耳其安全形势恶化,是叙利亚危机外溢及"伊斯兰国"报复和政府错误的中东政策、库尔德政策及反恐不力共同作用的结果。愈发严峻的安全形势将从政治、社会、经济多层面对土耳其国家发展进程造成负面冲击,土耳其政府需要对其政策进行反思和调整。Since the spring of 2016, the overall security situation in Turkey has deteriorated sharply and significantly.Terrorist attacks in Ankara and Istanbul occurred frequently and the casualties rose sharply. The armed conflicts between the Turkey security forces and Kurdistan Workers＇ Party in southeastern provinces aggravated. In the meantime, Syrian refugees swarmed to the Turkey-Syria border. The deterioration of Turkish security situation is the outcome of several factors： the spillover effect of Syrian crisis, the retaliation of ＂Islamic State＂, the wrong government foreign policies on Middle East and the Kurds, and the ineffectual counterterrorism operations. The increasingly serious security situation would affect Turkey＇s development in politics, society and economy.
