摘  要:盐硝混盐溶液在循环的环保工艺下制碱回收钠资源,在此工艺条件下,每次反应后的母液中补充部分原混盐溶液后进行新一轮的循环处理,多次循环后母液成分趋于稳定。文章研究了浓度稳定后母液体系进行制碱反应的反应动力学。结果表明该反应为一级反应,其动力学模型为:-ln(1-X)=0.093 22×CA00.657 3exp(-6.817 5×103/RT)t+0.259。Treat the mixed salt and sodium sulfate solution with the cycle environmental protection alkaline production method to recycle resource,under such condition,add the new mixed-salt solution into the mother liquor,then a new cycle can be started. The composition of the mother liquor can be relatively stable after several times of cycle. In the paper,it was studied the process dynamics of soda manufacture reaction in the stable mother liquor system and the result indicated the reaction was a first order reaction,which dynamic model is:-In( 1-X) = 0. 093 22 × CA00. 6573exp(-6. 817 5 × 103/ RT) t + 0. 259.
