空心钉张力带与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的：研究空心钉张力带与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的疗效，为临床中对于髌骨骨折治疗提供指导。方法：选取2013年4月～2015年4月接诊的80例髌骨骨折患者进行研究。按照随机数表法，随机均分为2组。对照组应用克氏针张力带进行手术治疗，观察组应用空心钉张力带进行治疗。治疗后，评价分析2组的疗效及并发症发生状况。结果：观察组治疗的优良率（95．0％）明显高于对照组（80．0％），2组比较有显著性差异（x2＝4．1143，P＝0．0425）；观察组患者出现1例张力带断裂，对照组出现2例钢丝断裂，4例滑脱。观察组并发症发生率（2．5％）明显低于对照组（15．0％），2组比较差异显著（x2＝3．9139，P＝0．0479）。结论：空心钉张力带治疗髌骨骨折，疗效显著，术后并发症少，明显优于克氏针张力带，值得在临床髌骨骨折治疗中广泛应用。Objective：To study the curative effect of the treatment of patellar fracture with the tension band of the hollow screw and the tension band, and to provide the guidance for the treatment of patella fracture.Methods：80 patients with patellar methods from April 2013 to April 2015 were fracture research.According to the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups.The con-trol group was treated with surgical treatment of the tension band, and the observation group was treated with hollow screw tension band. After treatment, the efficacy and complications of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results：the observation group excellent rate （95.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （80.0%）, two groups compared with significant difference （x2 2=4.1143, P=0.0425;observation group 1 cases of tension fracture zone, and the control group, there were 2 cases wire fracture, 4 cases slippage.Observation group, the incidence of complications （2.5%） was significantly lower than that of the control group （15.0%）. Two groups comparison difference significant （x2 2=3.9139, P=0.0479）.Conclusion：the hollow screw tension band for the treatment of patellar fracture, the curative effect was remarkable, the postoperative complication was little, was obviously superior to the gram needle tension band, might be worth in the clinical patella bone fracture treatment wide application.
