摘 要:采用植物组培快繁生物技术,探索p H值、蔗糖浓度、植物生长调节剂类型和浓度等对杜鹃兰组培快繁的影响;运用正交试验方法筛选杜鹃兰组培快繁适宜条件和培养配方。结果表明:杜鹃兰组培的最佳条件是p H值5~6、蔗糖浓度为3%;增殖培养选用激素IAA,分化培养选用激素NAA。最佳培养方案为:光照时间为12 h/d、温度为25℃、6-BA浓度1.5 mg/L、IAA浓度0.75 mg/L。Growth effects of Cremastra appendiculata tissue culture and rapid propagation of the pH value, the concentration of sucrose and auxin type was explored by biological technology. The best conditions and formu- lation were screened by orthogonal experiment method. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the culture of the Cremastra appendiculata were pH 5 -6 and sucrose concentration of 3%, proliferation culture selection IAA, differentiation culture use NAA. The best culture programme is: The illumination time was 12 h/d, the temperature was 25, 6 - BA concentration was 1.5 mg/L, and IAA concentration was 0.75 mg/L.
