摘　　要：目的探讨自我效能护理干预对中重度癌痛患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院中重度癌痛130例,根据数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。两组均予常规护理,观察组在此基础上对患者进行自我效能护理干预,比较两组干预前后自我效能感和生活质量的变化。结果经自我效能护理干预后,观察组在疼痛管理、躯体功能和症状应对3个方面得分均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),且功能维度得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但在症状维度及其他症状维度方面得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我效能护理干预可增强癌痛患者自我效能感,明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of self-efficacy on quality of life of patients with moderate-severe cancer pain. Methods A total of 130 patients with moderate-severe cancer pain were divided into ob-servation group （n=65） and control group （n=65） according to random number table method. All patients were given con-ventional nursing, while observation group was given nursing intervention of self-efficacy on the basis of conventional nursing. Changes in self-efficacy and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention of self-efficacy, scores of three kinds of self-efficacy subscales including pain management, physical func-tioning and symptoms response in observation group were significantly increased compared with those in control group （ P〈0. 05）;in addition, the score of functional dimension was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0. 05）, while scores of the dimensions of symptoms and other symptoms were significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Nursing intervention of self-efficacy can enhance self-efficacy and significantly improve quality of life of patients with cancer pain.
