摘 要:基于平面波发生器的相关原理,设计了直径为100mm的简易平面波发生器,利用非线性有限元软件AUTODYN-2D对平面波的形成过程进行了数值模拟,得到了不同时刻的爆轰波传播波形,并对波形的平面度进行了测量。同时对简易平面波发生器驱动飞片的运动过程进行了模拟,得到了飞片运动变化规律。结果表明:在直径60%的范围内波形的平面度为0.057μs,直径70%的范围内波形的平面度为0.098μs;空气隙厚度保持不变,飞片速度随空腔高度的增大,初始增长很快,最终趋于稳定;空腔高度保持不变,飞片速度随着空气隙厚度的增加而逐渐降低。由于边侧稀疏效应的影响,随着空气隙厚度的增加,10mm空腔高度处飞片的击靶波形差越来越大。Based on the relevant principle of plane wave generator(PWG),a simple PWG with size of Φ100mm was designed in this work.The formation process of plane wave was simulated numerically by means of nonlinear finite element software AUTODYN-2D.The waveform of detonation wave at different time was obtained,and the flatness of waveform was measured.Meanwhile,motion process of flyer driven by simple PWG was simulated,and flyer movement law was given.The simulation results indicate that,within the scope of 60%and 70% diameter,the flatness of the waveform is 0.057 and 0.098μs,respectively;with the increase of cavity height,the speed of flyer grows quickly at the beginning,tends to be stable in the end;keeping the same height of cavity,the speed of flyer gradually decreases with the increase of air-gap thickness.Besides,owing to the side sparse effect,the target waveform difference of the flyer at 10 mm cavity height becomes bigger,along with the increase of air-gap thickness.
