摘 要:采用新型错流式中空纤维膜吸收器,以脱盐水、氢氧化钠和亚硫酸铵水溶液作为吸收剂,考察吸收剂种类、吸收液浓度、气液比、烟气中SO_2浓度、烟气及吸收液温度等因素对膜吸收器脱硫效率的影响规律,从而提出和建立膜吸收器传质性能指标体系及其评价方法.研究结果表明,吸收液浓度、气液比、烟气中SO_2浓度是影响膜吸收器脱硫效率的关键指标,而烟气和吸收液温度影响不明显.在一定温度压力和烟气浓度条件下,选用一定浓度的亚硫酸铵水溶液作为吸收剂,用以评价膜吸收器的膜效率和脱硫性能指标是切实可行的.A study of flue gas desulfurization was carried out using self-developed box-type hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane contactor with which water was desalted , sodium hydroxide and ammonium sulfite were chosen as absorbents. The effects of various influent factors on membrane efficiency were investigated, such as the absorbent selection, the concentration of the absorbent, the gasliquid ratio, the concentration of SO2, the temperature of gas and liquid. Accordingly, the mass transfer performance efficiency and the evaluation method of membrane contactor were proposed and established. The research results showed that the absorbent concentration., gas-liquid ratio and concentration of SO2 were key factors to the desulfurization efficiency, while the influences of temperature of gas and fluid were not obvious. It is indicated that the membrane efficiency and desulfurization performance index could be obtained on the condition that a specified concentration of ammonium sulfite solution was chosen as absorbent with the corresponding conditions of temperature, pressure and flue gas concentration.
