摘  要:通过溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸钙前驱体粉体.在制备过程中控制溶胶温度和p H值,得到不同形貌的钛酸钙前驱体颗粒.通过X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜对其进行表征,观察在改变实验条件下,钛酸钙前驱体不同形貌和颗粒分布.实验发现,制备钛酸钙前驱体颗粒大小最均匀,分散度较好,所需要的最佳实验配比和条件是,溶胶温度等于60℃,p H=2.In this paper, calcium titanate precursor powders were prepared by sol-gel method. During the preparation process, the sol temperature and pH value were controlled. The different morphologies of calcium titanate precursor particles were obtained under different conditions. The morphology and particle distribution of calcium titanate precursor were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the most uniform particle size and good dispersion particles were prepared at the sol temperature equal 60 ℃, and pH=2.
