摘 要:采用物理模拟的方法,研究钢包在线底吹氩时,钢包内钢液量、渣层厚度、底吹气体流量等参数对钢包顶部钢液裸露面积的影响,以及钢包在线底吹氩工艺对钢液中夹杂去除率的影响。结果表明,钢包临界卷渣底吹气体流量随着浇铸的进行而逐渐减小;在钢液量相同时,钢包顶部钢液裸露面积随着底吹气体流量的增加而逐渐增大;在底吹气体流量相同时,钢包顶部钢液裸露面积随着钢液液面高度的下降而逐渐减小;渣层越厚,钢液裸露面积越小;在底吹气体流量较小时,透气砖无堵塞与堵塞50%时造成的钢液裸露面积大小相近,但随着底吹气体流量的增加,透气砖堵塞50%时较无堵塞时造成的钢液裸露面积大;钢包在线底吹氩可以提高钢液中夹杂物的去除率。With physical simulation method,- the effects of ladle process parameters including liquid steel volume in the ladle, thicknesses of slag layer , bottom blowing gas flow on the bare area of liquid steel at top of ladle and its inclusions removal under the condition of the on-line Ar bottom blowing were investigated. The results show that the critical bottom blowing gas flow of entrapped slag gradu- ally decreases along with proceeding of casting process. With the same volume of liquid steel, the bare area of liquid steel at top of ladle gradually increases with the increase of bottom blowing gas flow. At the same bottom blowing gas flow, the bare area of liquid steel at top of ladle gradually decreases with the decrease of the height of liquid steel level. At the same time, the bare area of liquid steel decreases with the increase of the thicknesses of slag layer. When it is injected with a relatively low bottom blo- wing gas flow, there is no significant difference in the bare area of liquid steel between 50% of bloc- king and no-blocking purging plug, while the bare area of liquid steel with 50% purging plug blocking is slightly larger than that without blocking. The inclusions removal rate of liquid steel can be im- proved by the on-line Ar bottom blowing of ladle.
