摘 要:分别以海螺壳和青蛤壳为原料,在不同煅烧条件下制备活性石灰。借助SEM、XRD、压汞仪及酸碱滴定法等手段,分析了煅烧温度及煅烧时间对产物活性度及微观结构的影响。结果表明,海螺壳和青蛤壳的晶体结构不同,但其煅烧产物均可获得340~360mL的活性度;随煅烧温度的提高和煅烧时间的延长,产物中CaO晶粒逐步长大,发育程度提高;在煅烧温度为1050℃、煅烧时间为90min时,CaO晶粒开始出现黏结,继续提高煅烧温度或延长煅烧时间会出现过烧现象,产物的活性度开始降低;当产物孔隙率为45%~50%时,青蛤壳煅烧产物的活性度可达360mL左右。In this paper, the active lime was prepared under different calcination conditions by emplo- ying the conch shell and the cyclina sinesis shell, respectively. By means of SEM, XRD, mercury po- rosimetry and acid-base titration, the effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on active degree and microstructure of the products were investigated. The results show that, in spite of differ- ent crystal structures, the active degree of both calcined products can reach 340~360 mL. With the rising of calcination temperature and the elongation of calcination time, the CaO crystallites in prod- ucts grow larger gradually. When the temperature is 1050 ℃ and the time is 90 min, the CaO grains begin to bond together. Moreover, the overburning phenomenon will encounter with the further in- crease of calcination temperature and Calcination time, which may lead to the decrease of active degree. On the other hand, as the porosity is in the range of 45%-50%, the active degree of calcined product of cyclina sinesis shell reaches around 360 mL.
