摘　　要：介绍了边界扫描技术在C919交换机项目中的设计与实现。详细阐述了边界扫描技术原理、交换机JTAG链的硬件设计、Corelis公司的JTAG开发工具、测试向量的生成及调试、Flash的在线编程等。最终实现了边界扫描技术在C919交换机项目中的初步应用。The design and implementation of boundary scan technology in C919 switch program is described. The principle of boundary scan technology, the hardware design of JTAG, JTAG tools of Corelis, generation of test vectors and flash ISP are described in detail. Preliminary application of boundary scan technology is applied in C919 switch program successfully.
