摘 要:了解圈养林麝仔麝肠道寄生虫感染情况,为仔麝肠道寄生虫病防控技术措施的制定提供依据。在2014年7―11月,逐月采集四川某林麝养殖场71只1~5月龄的仔麝粪样,采用饱和盐水漂浮法、麦氏虫卵计数量法和贝尔曼氏法进行检测,观察仔麝的寄生虫感染情况动态。结果表明:1~5月龄仔麝肠道寄生虫平均感染率:球虫(Eimeria sp.)32.67%、类圆线虫(Strongyloides sp.)24.79%、肺线虫(网尾属Dictyocaulus sp.)25.92%、莫尼茨绦虫(Moniezia sp.)2.54%、鞭虫(毛首属Trichuris sp.)0.56%。说明危害1~5月龄仔麝的主要寄生虫是球虫、类圆线虫和肺线虫。Fecal samples of 71 young captive M. berezovskiiis were collected from a farm of Sichuan Province to learn the prevalence of intestinal parasites during July to November, 2014. Saturated salt flotation method was used to investigate the infection of intestinal parasites while modified McMaster technique and Baerman method were applied to evaluate the infection intensity. The results showed that five kinds of gastrointestinal parasites were detected. And the average infection rates of these parasites during July to November were as follows : coccidian (32.67%) ; Strongyloides papillosus ( 24.79% ) ;Moniezia sichuanensis ( 2.54% ) Trichuris sp. (0.56%) ; Dictyolaulus sp. (25.92%). The resuhs indicated that the main gastrointestinal parasites of young M. berezovskiiis were coccidia, Strongyloides papillosus and Dictyolaulus sp.
