摘  要:在飞行保障装备军民融合维修过程中,为了选择最优地方维修合同商,提出了基于熵权法和序关系分析法(G1法)的飞行保障装备维修合同商模糊综合评价模型。建立飞行保障装备维修合同商选择评价指标体系,应用复合语言对定性指标进行量化,采用熵权法和G1法综合赋权,使确定的指标权重兼顾客观性和主观性,应用模糊综合评价法确定待评合同商的相对优劣。通过实例验证了该模型的实用性和有效性,为空军合理选择最佳飞行保障装备维修合同商提供了有益借鉴。In the process of military-civil integration maintenance of flight support equipment, aiming at selecting the best local maintenance contractors, a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy weight method and rank correlation analysis (G1) is proposed for flight support equipment maintenance contractor, in which the evaluation index system of flight support equipment maintenance contractor is established. Qualitative indexes are quantified by using composite linguistic expression. The entropy weight method and G1 method are applied to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, which balances both the objective and subjective factors. Besides, the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to determine the best contractor. Finally, the practicability and validity of the model are verified by an example, which provides a useful reference for the air force in order to choose the greatest flight support equipment maintenance contractor reasonably.
