摘  要:随着光伏发电产业不断兴起,基于其特殊的发电方式及国家的补贴政策,出现了很多骗取光伏发电补贴的光伏窃电行为。总结了常见的光伏窃电方式,分析目前的反窃电识别方法,针对现有研究中的不足,提出分布式光伏发电的反窃电技术研究思路。With the increasing of the photovohaic industry, there were photovoltaic stealing electricity behaviors for gaining photovohaic energy subsidies by cheating based on its special way of generating and subsidy policy of the country. This paper summarized the common ways of photovohaic stealing electricity, analyzed the current identification methods of anti-stealing electricity, and put forward research thought of anti-stealing electricity technologies of distributed photovohaic power according to the deficiency of existing research.
