摘  要:针对CAN总线技术特点,设计了基于AT90CAN32-15AZ芯片的电动钻井通信系统,完成了系统通信平台的硬件设计和软件设计.测试结果表明,系统能实现在复杂环境中的数据传输以及发送控制命令等,达到了钻井通信过程中数据通信的稳定性和实时性要求.本系统可以提高钻井效率,降低钻井成本,并能提高钻井作业的自动化程度和数据可信度.The paper, based on the AT90CAN32-15AZ chip and the characteristics of CAN bus, designs a drilling communication platform. The hardware and software design of drilling communication platfOrm are both done. The experiment proves that the application of CAN communication in the drilling platform not only achieves the goals of transmitting data, sending controlling orders and so on in a complex environment but also meets the requirements of stabihty and real-time nature of the drilling data communication in communication. This design can enhance the drilling efficiency, reduce drilling costs, promote the automation degree of drilling operations,and finally increase the data reliability,etc.
