藏药十味乳香散镇痛抗炎及抗痛风性关节炎作用

摘　　要：目的观察藏药十味乳香散镇痛、抗炎、抗痛风性关节炎的作用。方法本实验采用经典疼痛动物模型小鼠热板法及小鼠醋酸扭体法评价藏药十味乳香散的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致毛细血管通透法及尿酸钠晶体致大鼠急性痛风性关节炎法观察十味乳香散的抗炎及抗痛风作用。结果藏药十味乳香散明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且十味乳香散高剂量组抑制率达到57%,但十味乳香散各剂量组并不能显著延长小鼠热痛阈值(P>0.05)。低、中、高剂量的十味乳香散对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀,对尿酸钠晶体诱导的大鼠关节炎的肿胀均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对醋酸引起的毛细血管通透增加抑制并不显著(P>0.05)。结论藏药十味乳香散具有抗炎和抗痛风性关节炎作用,其镇痛作用还有待证实。Objective To study the analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-gout arthritic effects of Ten Flavor RuXiang Powder（TFRXP）.Methods Hot plates and writhing test were carried out in model mice to evaluate analgesic effect of TFRXP ; and used inflammatory models such as ear swelling caused by dimethyl benzene, capillary permeability increased in mice induced by acetic acid to study the anti-inflammatory activities of TFRXP.and further to explore the therapeutic effect of PRP15 in rat gouty arthritis induced by monosodium urate（MSU） crystals. Results The data showed that the treatment with TFRXP（0.3 g/kg,0.6 g/kg,0.9 g/kg, 1 g）in mice with pain in- duced by acetic acid,the inhibition rate of writhing reaction in high dosage group was 57%（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, the pain threshold of hot plate in mice treated with TFRXP （0.3 g/kg, 0.6 g/kg, 0.9 g/kg, 1 g） had not significantly prolonged（P〉O.05）, the ear edema aroused by dimethyl benzene was reduced significantly （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, but the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid was not degraded（P〉0.05）.And then we found that treatment with TFRXP（0.3 g/kg,0.6 g/kg,0.9 g/kg, 1 g）in rats with gouty arthritis induced by MSU crystals significantly attenuated the knee swelling（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion TFRXP may be a promising candidatefor a new treatment for inflammatory and gouty arthritis, its analgesic effect needs more evidence to be confirmed.
