西藏边坝县森林重点火险区综合治理对策研究

摘　　要：阐述西藏自治区昌都市边坝县森林防火重点火险区防火机构、森林火灾发生情况、森林防火基础设施、防火队伍等现状。分析火源管理难度大、防火经费投入不足、防火技术水平相对滞后等森林防火存在的问题,提出加强火情监测系统建设,加强宣传教育,加强基础设施和防火队伍建设,严格控制野外火源等综合治理对策。This paper elaborated the status of fire prevention organization, infrastructure, equipment, fire team, and so on in forest fire prevention key area of Banbar County, Tibet Autonomous Region, and analyzed the problems on forest fire prevention. Then, the paper also put forward comprehensive control countermeasures such as strengthening construction of fire monitoring system, strengthening propaganda and education, strictly controlling wildfire, strengthening fire team construction.
