摘 要:为获得适合新疆自然条件下的核桃专用微生物菌肥菌种组合,从已获得的新疆本地核桃根际土壤中筛选出的解磷菌13株(解有机磷较强的6株:p-1、p-2、p-4、p-5、p-6、p-7;解无机磷较强的7株:p1、p2、p3、p4、p5、p6、p7)、解钾菌13株(k1、k2、k3、k5、k6、k7、k8、k9、k10、k11、k12、k13、k14)优势功能菌株为材料,进行生物拮抗测试,再根据不同功能分类(解有机磷、解无机磷、解钾)进行复合,研究其在混菌发酵条件下的解磷解钾功能表达,其中p-4+p2+k8组合与p-4+p5+k14组合解无机磷能力最强,解磷量达到300μg/mL;解有机磷最强的组合p-7+p1+k8组合与p-6+p7+k11组合,两菌种组合能力表达稳定且达到40μg/mL;解钾能力最强的组合为p-4+p1+k5组合、p-6+p4+k5组合、p-7+p7+k11组合,最终获得最佳菌种组合:p-7+p7+k11。In order to obtain the combination of dedicated bacterial manures and strains of the walnuts which have adapted to the natural conditions in Xinjiang,this experiment bases on dissolving phosphorus13 plants which include 6plants with high dissolving organic phosphorus and 7plants with high dissolving inorganic phosphorus and dissolving potassium(13plants),which were screened out from rhizosphere soil of the walnuts growing in Xinjiang.First,we conducted a biological antagonism test on these bacterial strains with superior functions,and then combined them according to their different functions(dissolving organic phosphorus,dissolving inorganic phosphorus and dissolving potassium).The functional expression of both dissolving phosphorus and dissolving potassium under the condition of mixed fermentation was studied,among which,p-4+p2+k8and p-4+p5+k14had the best solution of the inorganic phosphorus content of 300μg/mL,the strongest combination was p-7+p1+k8and p-6+p7+k11,the capacity of the two combination of bacterial strain was stable and reached 40μg/mL,the strongest combination of potassium solution was p-4+p1+k5,p-6+p4+k5,p-7+p7+k11.We finally got the best combination of bacteria p-7+p7+k11.
