摘　　要：探讨不同月份梭梭同化枝和2年生硬枝的内源抑制物质的生物学活性效应,为梭梭枝条扦插选材提供依据。以4月至9月梭梭同化枝和4月至7月梭梭2年生硬枝为材料,通过不同浓度IBA浸泡处理,采用80%甲醇浸提,并将浸提液置于发芽纸上,考察其对绿豆种子萌发的影响。梭梭同化枝的根长、根重、发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数均以6月至7月为最低,也即4月至5月是梭梭同化枝生长旺盛期,6月底至7月底梭梭进入休眠状态,8月底至9月底又进入生长状态。梭梭2年生硬枝的活力指数在5月至6月时达峰值,7月底降至最低为13.051。也即梭梭2年生硬枝于7月底进入休眠状态。对照的发芽指数和活力指数均高于各处理样,0、25、50mg/L IBA处理的发芽指数和活力指数均高于其他处理,IBA为25、50 mg/L的活力指数及发芽指数均无显著差异(P>0.05),并与75mg/L IBA处理呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。梭梭同化枝及2年生硬枝均存在抑制物质,4月至5月及8月至9月同化枝及5月至6月的2年生硬枝可作为扦插材料。Study on the intrinsic inhibitor activity from Haloxylon am modendron twigs branches of different months and two-year-old,to provide reference for the selection of Haloxylon am modendron cuttings.Haloxylon am modendron branches in April to September and Haloxylon am modendron two-yearold stiff branches in April to July were used as experimental materials.By soaking treatment with different concentration IBA and using 80% methanol extraction,study the extract on the germination of mung bean seeds.Haloxylon am modendron branches of root length,root weight,germination index and vigor index in June and July were the lowest,which means that from April to May is the vigorous growth period,by the end of 6to the end of 7to enter the dormant state,by the end of 8to the end of 9to enter the growth state.The vigor index of Haloxylon am modendrontwo-year-old stiff branches reached a peak from May to June.The vigor index reduced to 13.051 at the end of July.That meat Haloxylon am modendron two-year-old stiff branches entering the dormant state.The germination index and vigor index of the CK were all higher than those of the samples.The germination index and vigor index with 0 mg/L,25 mg/L,50 mg/L IBA treatment were higher than other treatments.There was no significant differences in the vigor index and germination index with 25mg/L or 50mg/L IBA（P 〈0.05）,and with IBA 75mg/L was very significantly different（P 〈0.01）.Haloxylon am modendron branches and Haloxylon am modendron two-year-old stiff branches were inhibiting substance.Haloxylon am modendron branches from April to May and August to September,Haloxylon am modendrontwo-year-old stiff branches from May to June can be used as cutting material.
