摘 要:本文依据《高等学校档案管理办法》,借鉴受众理论,指出作为档案传者的校方在努力提供更多更好的档案服务,而作为受众的学生档案意识比较淡薄,不对等性明显,双方应合力破解,以提高高校档案的利用率。According to The Measures for the Administration of Archives of Institution of Higher Learning,this paper draws lessons from receiver theory,and points out that school authority who is serving as the archive communicator is in an effort to provide better service. On the other hand,student who is the receiver have weak archive consciousness,and the unequivalence is obvious. So,both sides should make efforts in order to improve the utilization ratio of university archives.
