马克思主义人性论视角下大学生宿舍文化建设研究

摘　　要：大学生宿舍文化建设存在着忽视学生的类属性,轻视学生多方面需要等现象。宿舍文化建设者应以马克思主义人性论为指导,尊重大学生的主体性,塑造大学生的主体人格;加强宿舍文化建设工作的系统性,发挥宿舍文化的育人功能;辅导员、专业课教师等形成合力,满足大学生的合理需要。In constructing college dormitory culture,there occur some phenomena including neglecting students＇ class attribute,and their social needs. Guided by the Marxist theory of human nature,constructors of college dormitory culture should respect the subjectivity of college students,establish their subjective personality,strengthen the systematic feature of the construction,and give full play to the educational function of the culture. Meanwhile,the instructors and professional teachers should work together to satisfy their reasonable needs.
