达英-35和二甲双胍联合治疗PCOS的疗效及对激素、胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达英-35和二甲双胍联合治疗PCOS的疗效及对激素、胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取PCOS患者60例,随机均分为两组:对照组给予达英-35治疗,治疗组给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗。结果 3个月后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.7%和73.3%(P<0.05);治疗组的FSH、LH、T、E2和HOMA-IR水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的排卵率分别为96.7%和73.3%,妊娠率分别为80.0%和46.7%(均P<0.05);两组的流产率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善患者的激素水平和胰岛素抵抗,从而提高治疗效果、排卵率和妊娠率。Objective To analyze the efficacy and influence on the hormones and insulin resistance of Dalen-35 combined with metformin for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods A total of 60 cases of PCOS patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with Dalen-35, while the treatment group was treated with Dalen-35 combined with metformin. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 73.3% of control group （P 〈0.05）; The levels of FSH, LH, T, E2 and HOMA-IR of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）; The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group were 96.7% and 80.0% respectively, significantly higher than 73.3% and 46.7% of control group, respectively （P〈0.05）; No statistical difference was found between two groups in the abortion rate （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Dalen-35 combined with metformin for the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve patients＇ hormones levels and insulin resistance, so as to improve the curative effect, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
