摘　　要：目的探讨责任制床边护理工作模式对降低患儿高危药物静脉输液不良事件发生的影响。方法选择2014年1至6月在本院住院的50例患儿为对照组,采用传统的功能制护理模式护理患儿,陪护家属遵守医院规定;选择2015年1至6月在我院住院的48例患儿为实验组,采用责任制床边护理模式护理患儿,并对陪护家属进行输液安全知识宣教。结果实验组患儿的各项不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组家属的各项静脉输液安全知识知晓得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组的护理满意度、护理质量达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施责任制床边护理工作模式可降低患儿静脉输液外渗等输液不良事件的发生,提高家属对安全用药知识的认知水平,提高护理服务满意度,确保患儿输液治疗安全。Objective To explore the effect of responsibility bedside nursing mode on reducing adverse events of high risk drugs for intravenous infusion in children. Methods 50 cases of in-hospital children in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected as control group, and all cases were given traditional functional nursing mode, and regular in-hospital accompany regulation. 48 cases of in-hospital children in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as experimental group, and all cases were given responsibility bedside nursing mode, and transfusion safety knowledge education for accompanying family members. Results The incidences of adverse events of transfusion of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.01）. The scores of each safety knowledge of intravenous infusion of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.01）. The nursing satisfaction degree and quality standard rate of infusion of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Responsibility bedside nursing mode can reduce the incidences of adverse event of transfusion, improve family members＇ cognitive level of safe medication knowledge, improve the nursing satisfaction degree, and ensure the safety of infusion therapy.
