摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在手术体位护理中的应用效果。方法选取107例行体位护理的手术治疗患者,根据临床护理方法不同分为观察组54例(舒适护理)和对照组53例(常规护理),比较两组患者的抑郁、焦虑情况,比较两组患者出院后生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为3.70%,显著低于对照组的22.64%(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院后的生活质量总分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予手术治疗患者舒适护理,可显著减少并发症发生率,提高患者的术后生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in surgical position nursing. Methods 107 cases of surgical patients with position nursing were selected. According to the nursing methods, all cases were divided into the observation group （n = 54, comfortable nursing） and the control group （n = 53, routine nursing）. The patients＇ depression and anxiety levels, and quality of life after discharge were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 3.70%, significantly lower than 22.64% of control group （P〈0.05）. The total score of quality of life after discharge and patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing for surgical patients with position nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients＇ quality of life after surgery.
