摘　　要：目的观察综合护理应用于小儿功能性消化不良的效果。方法选择2015年3月至2016年4月间在我院接受治疗的200例功能性消化不良患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上应用综合护理干预,比较两组的临床效果,以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组的总有效率为98%,显著高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能缓解功能性消化不良患儿的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患儿的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on children with functional dyspepsia. Methods 200 cases of children with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects. All cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effects, and the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score and self-rating depression scale （SDS） score were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98%, significantly higher than 75% of control group （P〈0.05）. The SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can relieve the anxiety and depression of children with functional dyspepsia, and improve the curative effect.
