藻酸盐敷料在尿道下裂术后伤口护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨藻酸盐敷料在尿道下裂术后伤口护理中的作用。方法收集我院2014年1月至2016年1月尿道下裂手术后伤口感染患儿73例作为研究对象，其中对照组41例予碘仿纱条包裹，实验组32例予藻酸盐敷料包裹，定期更换敷料。对两组的伤口情况进行评估。结果①实验组的感染率明显低于对照组，伤口平均愈合时间明显短于对照组（P〈005）。②1～3岁患儿中，两组的伤口平均愈合时间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；3—6岁患儿中，实验组的伤口平均愈合时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论藻酸盐敷料可用于尿道下裂术后的伤口护理，尤其对3岁以上患儿的伤口．具有预防感染和加速愈合的作用。Objective To explore the effect of alginate dressings in wound care after hypospadias surgery. Methods 73 cases of children with wound infection after hypospadias surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects. 41 cases of control group were wrapped with iodoform gauze, while 32 cases of experimental group were wrapped with alginate dressings, and changed regularly. The wound situations of two groups were evaluated. Results （1） The infection rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the average healing time of wound was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. （2）For 1- to 3-year-old children in two groups, the average healing time of wound had no statistical difference （P 〉0.05）. For 3- to 6-year-old children in both groups, the average healing time of wound of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Alginate dressings in wound care for children after hypospadias surgery, especially for children over 3 years old, can prevent infection and accelerate the healing.
