摘  要:目的探讨巩膜环扎术联合硅油取出术治疗低眼压性硅油填充眼的可行性及效果。方法回顾性分析2013年9月至2015年9月在华北理工大学和唐山市工人医院就诊的28例(29只眼)低眼压性硅油填充眼,均实施巩膜环扎术联合硅油取出术,手术后随访6个月。结果29只眼手术均顺利完成,术中填充16%-20%C3F8,术后俯卧位,气体在术后(45±10.5)d吸收,分别测量术后1、3、6个月眼压,最终眼压正常且与正常眼差值〈5mmHg20例(20只眼),眼压正常但与正常眼差值〉5mmHg5例(6只眼),眼压低于正常值但能维持眼球外观2例(2只眼),眼球萎缩1例(1只眼)。结论巩膜环扎术联合硅油取出术治疗低眼压性硅油填充眼手术操作较为简单,能有效解决低眼压性硅油填充眼单纯硅油取出术后慢胜低眼压、眼球萎缩等并发症,在临床上有实用价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of sclera encircling combined with silicone oil removal in the treatment of low intraocular pressure. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases (29 eyes) with low intraocular pressure, silicone oil filled eyes were carried out with the combined silicone oil removal, followed up for 6 months. Results All 29 eyes were successfully completed op- eration, operation filling 16%-20%C3F8, prone position after operation, gas after 45±10.5 days absorp- tion. Intraocular pressure was measured at 1 month, 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the intraocu- lar pressure was normal and the difference was less than the other eye of 5mmHg 20 cases (20 eyes). The intraocular pressure was normal and the difference was more than the other eye of 5mmHg 5 cases (6 eyes). The intraocular pressure was lower than normal, but it could be main- tained in 2 cases (2 eyes) and atrophy of 1 case (1 eye). Conclusions Sclera encircling surgery combined with silicone oil removal is simple in the treatment of low intraocular pressure, and it can effectively solve the complications such as low intraocular pressure, shrink. It has clinical practical value, worth promoting.
