摘 要:作为结构材料,陶瓷具有耐高温能力强、抗氧化能力强、硬度大、耐化学腐蚀等优点,但缺点是呈现脆性,不能承受剧烈的机械冲击和热冲击,因而严重影响了其应用。为此人们通过采用连续纤维增韧方法改进其特性,进而研发出连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料。笔者主要综述了陶瓷基连续纤维增强复合材料的制备方法,并分析了各种工艺的优缺点。在总结了现阶段连续纤维增强复合材料研究中存在的问题的基础上,提出了今后连续纤维增强复合材料的主要研究方向。As a structural material, ceramic has better high temperature resistance, strong antioxidant capacity, high hard- ness, chemical corrosion resistance and other advantages. The disadvantage is that the present the brittle, unable to bear vi- olent mechanical shock and thermal shock, thus seriously affect the practical application of it. For this reason, the continu- ous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites are developed by using the continuous fiber toughening method to improve its properties. In this paper, the preparation methods of ceramic fiber reinforced polymer composites are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of various processes are analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the existing problems in the research of continuous fiber reinforced composites, the main research directions of continuous fiber reinforced composites are put forward.
