摘  要:低品位复杂矿在高炉冶炼过程中对直接还原度有显著影响,主要表现为降低直接还原反应的难度增加。为了开展高炉冶炼低品位复杂矿直接还原度的研究,根据A钢厂生产工艺参数,在普通矿高炉模型基础上建立了低品位复杂矿高炉直接还原度计算模型。对模型参数进行分析得出:直接还原的发展使碳消耗量增加,耗热量随之增加,且耗热量增加也使碳用量增加;当直接还原发展时,间接还原降低,煤气利用率随之降低;在复杂矿中,因为还原复杂元素,还原耗碳增加的同时,直接还原度增加。Smelting low-grade complex ore in blast furnace has significant impact on direct reduction degree,of which the main performance is getting harder to reduce the direct reduction reaction.The parameters of A steel plant’s production process were taken to carry out the research on the direct reduction degree of low-grade complex ore in blast furnace.Based on the direct reduction degree of ordinary ore in blast furnace,the calculation model of low-grade complex ore was established.Through analyzing parameters of the model,it was concluded that the development of direct reduction degree represented the more coke consumption and the more heat consumption.That means the more consumption of carbon.The indirect reduction and the gas utilization were decreased when the direct reduction developed.Due to the reduction of complex elements in ore,both the consumption of carbon used in reduction process and the direct reduction degree were increased.
