摘 要:利用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机对热轧搪瓷钢试样进行不同温度下的高温拉伸试验,得到其高温下力学性能随温度变化规律。再使用光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜对不同温度下的拉伸断口的形貌及组织进行观察与分析,同时使用高温金相显微镜对热轧搪瓷钢在经历高温烧搪过程中组织的变化进行观察。结果表明,试验钢屈服强度、抗拉强度都随着温度升高而降低,断面收缩率随温度升高而增加,表现出极好的高温塑性。高温拉伸试样断口搪烧高温下未出现严重的高温脆化现象,保持有良好的延展性。在推荐的搪烧温度850℃下,试验钢晶粒较常温晶粒略微长大,组织上变化不大,不会出现其力学性能的过大变化。The mechanical properties of a hot rulled enameled steel at high temperature with the change of temperature were obtained by the high temperature tensile test of the samples on the Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation test machine.The morphologies of fracture surfaces of tensile specimens at different temperatures were observed by the optical microscope,and the microstructures of tensile specimens at different temperatures were observed by the SEM.Furthermore,the change of microstructure of the hot rolled enameled steel in the process of enamel sintering was observed by the high temperature metallographic microscope.The results showed that the yield and tensile strengths of the tested steel decreased with the temperature increasing,while the percentage reduction of area increased with the temperature increasing.The steel presented excellent high temperature plasticity.At the elevated temperature,there was no serious high temperature embrittlement phenomenon appearing in the tensile fracture,so that the steel still had good ductility.After the treatment at the recommended sintering temperature of 850 ℃,the grain size grew up slightly,resulting in little change in the microstructures and mechanical properties.
